Juicing Beets for a Blast of Nutrition
I think that juicing beets is one of the easiest ways to give yourself a huge dose of nutrition. You get vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and vitamin C all in a really good juice that is even better when you blend it with carrots.
Red beets can be messy, I know. Once they go through the juicer the clean up can be annoying but that is the price you pay for these incredible antioxidants. Don't forget that you get fiber, potassium and iron, too. For an easier clean up try juicing yellow beets.
